If you are interested in our open classes and want to see one for yourself before you try, check our class schedule online at the link below, come in, and observe. You may watch as many classes as you like. There is no better way to get a feel for CrossFit than to come in and see it happen!

Free Trials Offered During Class Time

When you're ready to experience one of our open classes, you can join us at any scheduled class time. These workouts will be designed to be friendly to our guests who are trying CrossFit for the first time.

Foundations

Our 3-Session Foundation Program is designed to introduce you to the basic CrossFit movements as well as to teach proper execution, technique, and scaling of your workouts.


Each lesson is one hour long and it includes a warm-up, a description and demonstration of the movements to be performed, a Foundation WOD (Workout Of the Day), and a cool-down stretch. You will receive personalized attention from our coaches and a WORKOUT!


Our coaches are there to instruct you on how to do the workouts correctly and safely, positively motivate you to perform to the best of your ability, and answer all of your questions throughout the process. Once you have completed all 3 classes and are comfortable and confident in your skills, you will then begin doing the daily WODs.


All new members are required to either complete our Foundations Program or Test Out. If you have previous CrossFit experience, please contact us to schedule a time to test out.


The cost of the 3-Session Foundation Program is $75 and includes a CrossFit Lake Effect t-shirt.

Membership

Once you complete the 3-Session Foundation Program, you can start an UNLIMITED membership for $155 per month. See our Membership page for more details.
