CrossFit is not only a workout, it is a sport and a lifestyle. Our members are not only members of our gym, they are athletes. Two main elements make up CrossFit – the style of fitness and the community.

CrossFit is appropriate for kids (in specific kid's classes), adults, and seniors at various fitness levels, body weights and compositions. We've seen members well into their 80's doing modified CrossFit workouts.
The style of fitness is a strength and conditioning program. The programming is always high intensity, functional movement, and consistently varied with a goal of improving each athletes’ fitness levels. The community is of equal value to our athletes’ fitness level as the programming. CrossFit athletes work out together to not only push each other, but to support and encourage each other.
