Michael is a designated CF-L2 trainer and has completed the California Strength Weightlifting Intensive Seminar Program.
Michael has been participating in CrossFit since early 2013. MW loves participating in local team competitions and just recently competed in two comps in Asia while traveling to 20 countries and living in 12 over the last year.
